Newspaper Project
In order to raise legal awareness, the committee prepared a set of short articles written in a Q&A format designed to be a regular newspaper column.
Newspaper comics- Kanoon Toons
The committee has also launched cartoon strips with the head “Kanoontoons” in the newspapers. These cartoon strips include caricatures depicting different instances of our everyday lives in relation to law. The cartoon strips are an interactive way to provide legal awareness in the society and has helped the clinic answer to several legal queries across the city. Newsletters covering different topics of bail, tobacco law, maintenance of wife and children, how to get a driving license and other practical tips for litigation were also circulated in the city buses in both English and Kannada.

LSC created a website with the details of lawyers and medical practitioners in major cities where the protests were happening. - The names and numbers of lawyers and medical practitioners were provided on a publically available database so that the same could be easily accessed by people going for protests in case they were detained by the authorities or sustained injuries.
